Hello! My name is Devy. I’m a software engineer passionate about using technology to build great products. My journey into technology is a unique one. I started my career in finance, and realized very quickly that this was not the place I wanted to be forever.

After making a New Year’s resolution to take a coding class, I fell in love with coding. I started taking coding classes after work, at a local community college and was intrigued and excited by the knowledge I was gaining. After a few classes I decided to make a permanent exit from finance and fully pursue a route towards software engineering, via Fullstack Academy’s coding bootcamp, which I have recently graduated from.

Technology has now become a passion, instead of a hobby.
